Every enquiry in one list, whichever way it came in
Chat on your site, your web form, your own intake address, or an email you forward on. However an enquiry arrives it becomes a thread with a client, an event and a stage.

Four ways in, one list
Caterers lose leads in the gaps between channels. The form goes to one mailbox, the chat goes somewhere else, and the enquiry that came as a forwarded email from a wedding planner sits in a thread nobody marked.
So there are four ways in, all treated the same:
- The chat on your site, which answers the enquiry itself rather than taking a message.
- Your web form, pointed at the address we give you.
- Your own intake address, which you can hand out directly.
- A forwarded email — forward it from any inbox and the real sender is read out of the quoted header, so the client is the client and not you.
The pipeline
Every thread carries a stage: enquiry, quoted, confirmed, in prep, delivered, completed. The same stage shows on the dashboard, on the events list and on your phone, so "what is waiting on me" has one answer rather than three.
What is not here yet
Connecting your Gmail account directly, and Instagram DMs, are planned and not built. Nothing on this page claims them. Today the routes above are the four that work.
Questions people ask
Can I forward enquiries from my existing email?
Yes. Forward from any inbox and the real sender is read out of the quoted header, so the thread is attached to the client rather than to you.
Does it connect to my Gmail account?
Not today. Direct Gmail sync and Instagram DMs are planned but not built. The four routes that work now are site chat, your web form, your own intake address, and forwarded email.
What happens to an enquiry after it arrives?
It becomes a thread with a client record and an event, and carries a pipeline stage from enquiry through to completed.
Ten minutes gets a real event in — your menu, your prices, a quote you could send. The 14-day trial takes no credit card.
